Watching the Watchers:
          

Edward Snowden and his actions are mired in controversy. His revelations of CIA and NSA surveillance programs shook not only the United States, its security and its allies, but also foreign nations across the world as they realized they were not as safe as they thought they were. The quake shook the United States legislature to the core as both the President and Congress scrambled to repair the damage done and save their countries reputations from intense scrutiny. However, Snowden’s actions cannot easily be defined as good or bad, as there’ are complex legal, ethical and moral cogs in the machine.
